Refunds & Cancellation

Go to the Premium page in the app → "Manage or cancel subscription" → cancel. That's it. Or email billing@wordrealm.co.uk and we'll do it for you.

• You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. The app shows you that exact date.
• You will not be charged again.
• After that date you go back to the free plan. Nothing your child earned is deleted — progress, mastered words, Realm Coins and everything bought with them all stay exactly where they are.
• Cancel during a 7-day free trial and you pay nothing at all.

The Exam-Year Pass is not a subscription. There's nothing to cancel, no card is kept, and no further charge is coming — it simply ends after 12 months.

Within 14 days of a payment: full refund, no reason needed. That applies to every plan, including the £99 Exam-Year Pass, and including the first charge after a free trial. Email billing@wordrealm.co.uk.

After 14 days: we don't refund part-used periods. You keep access until the end of what you've paid for, and it then stops.

If something is genuinely wrong with the service — it isn't working, or isn't as described — your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply whatever the date, and we'll put it right, reduce the price or refund you as appropriate. Email hello@wordrealm.co.uk and tell us what's happened.

Free trials that were forgotten about. If a trial converted and you truly didn't mean it to, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full — that's what the 14-day rule above is for. Please don't go straight to your bank; email us and it's sorted the same day.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We'll process it within 5 working days of agreeing it, and always within 14 days. Your bank may then take a few days more to show it.
